New college in Palm Desert tailors learning to the needs of local employers

As a provider of career-focused education in California, one of our goals at SBBCollege is to help support and stimulate local economic infrastructure. That means helping area students get the skills they need to begin their new careers with confidence. It also means helping to supply local businesses with the skilled workers they need.

As a result, SBBCollege forms relationships with local employers. That way, we’re able to give our students the skills they need to succeed in their chosen career fields and help meet the needs of businesses.

In the last decade, we began to notice a growing need in the Palm Desert area. Employers were in need of workers with skills in the business, legal, and health and wellness fields. Once we recognized the growing need for a college in Palm Desert, we began taking steps to make it happen.

And, we’re very pleased with the resulting SBBCollege – Palm Desert campus. In January 2008, we opened our doors to the community. We began providing training that would help our students reach their career goals and help fulfill the needs of local employers.
